Product Description:

Epoxy Granite Flooring is 100% solids resin-based flooring system.

100% solids means the coating is not thinned down with thinners resulting in a stronger and longer lasting floor coating.

Preparation:

Your concrete floor is prepared by diamond grinding (acid washing and pressure cleaning is not recommended). Diamond Grinding creates a mechanical key for the epoxy primer coat to create a rock-solid bond with your concrete surface.

Cracks and holes are filled with an epoxy resin. Epoxy Resin does not shrink and will give you a high quality repair.

Stage 1: Diamond Grinding – Diamond grinding creates a mechanical key for the epoxy primer coat to create a rock solid bond with your concrete surface

Stage 2: Repairs To Concrete – Cracks and holes are filled with an epoxy resin resulting in a high quality rock solid repair.

Stage 3: Application Of Epoxy Primer Coat – The epoxy primer coat is the first coat that is applied to your prepared concrete floor.

The primer coat is the coat that forms a super strong bond with your concrete floor.

Stage 4: Application Epoxy Base Coat – The epoxy base coat is applied over the primer coat which creates a solid bond with your concrete floor.

Stage 5: Broadcast Of Colour Chips – Coloured chips are broadcast over the wet epoxy base coat to give a stunning granite look and left to dry overnight.

Stage 6: Application Of Top Clear Coat – Loose chips are vacuumed. A top polyaspartic clear coat is applied to encapsulate the colour chips and seal your floor.
